Test Manager

Profile requirements:

We are looking for Test Managers for permanent employment, preferably with a few years of experience within the field.

We need you to be able to:

• Plan and manage workshops in order to transform acceptance requirement scenarios into test cases.
• Structure, plan, coordinate and manage test activities from a risk-based perspective within the company.
• Communicate and explain test activities within the company.
• Plan and report test activities.
• Go the extra mile to bridge the gap between technical specialists and stakeholders who are less familiar with technical terminology.

Required competencies:

• Experience with E2E tests, security tests, functional tests and acceptance tests.
• A good understanding of how E2E tests inform the quality of systems and software applications.
• Experience with test management tasks, such as planning, follow-up and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.

We need a Test Manager who:

• Is independent, proactive and flexible.
• Is used to reporting on the level of progress within a project.
• Understands how to apply a risk- and requirement-based approach to test activities.
• Wants to make a difference and contribute to clearly noticeable results
• Understands test activities and the related terminology, for example through ISTQB certification.
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English.
• Personal characteristics will be of great importance since the Test Manager will be part of a team that cooperates closely with different external stakeholders and customers.
