Tech Recruiter

Profile requirements:

We are looking for Tech Recruiters for permanent employment, preferably with a few years of experience within the field.

We need you to be able to:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Optimize the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Search for candidates and build networks with the candidates that you encounter.
  • Be responsible for employer branding and candidate attraction.
  • Develop requirement profiles for advertising, candidate search and selection.
  • Conduct phone meetings and personal interviews.
  • Report new recruitments, salary updates and employee information to the company's HR-support team.
  • Perform other administrative HR tasks.
  • Go the extra mile to bridge the gap between technical candidates and customers who are less familiar with technical terminology.

Required competencies:

  • A good understanding of different competencies within the technical field.
  • Be passionate about recruitment and HR administration.
  • Be good at prioritizing between tasks and finalizing them in a structured way.
  • A high level of professionalism, humility and patience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
